摘要
目的:探讨中医结合认知疗法在治疗自闭症儿童家庭的抑郁情绪的时候的临床效果。方法:对50例确切诊断为自闭症的患儿分为中医结合疗法以及认知疗法两个不同的方案进行治疗干预,观察两组患儿的临床恢复情况以及家庭成员抑郁缓解程度。结果:应用认知疗法以及中医结合治疗的患儿恢复情况明显好于单纯认知疗法治疗的患儿,家庭成员的抑郁情况也较另外一组有所好转。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童的自闭症的效果好,家庭的抑郁情况也有明显改善,可以作为临床干预方式。
Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of depression in children with autism. Methods ： A total of 50 patients with definite diagnosis for autistic dis- order were divided into TCM combination therapy and cognitive therapy in two different schemes. We observed two groups ＂clinical recovery and depression in family members. Results： The recovery of patients treated with cognitive therapy and traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than that of children with simple cognitive therapy. Conclusion ： The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of children with autism has a good effect and the family~ depression can be improved significantly, which can be used as a clinical intervention.
