摘要
深井钻机井架的动力特性极大影响着钻机钻进效率及结构安全,以缩尺比为1∶10的深井钻机井架动力模型为研究对象,采用数值分析的方法完成了模型井架的动力特性分析,应用冲击激励法对模型井架进行了动态特性测试。对比分析结果表明:仿真计算与实测的前5阶模态频率的相对误差均在10%以内且振型曲线大致相同,说明简化的有限元数学模型能够有效的反映出结构在低频段的频率与振型曲线特性,同时也验证了井架动力模型有效性,实测与仿真结果均表明转盘是引起结构低阶共振的主要原因。研究结果可为深井钻机K型井架的动态设计和结构动力修改提供理论依据。
The dynamic properties of the derrick of deep well rig have significant effects on the operating efficiency and security of drilling. With a 1/10-scale dynamic model derrick of the deep-well rig as studying object. The derrick is concerned with the finite element analysis and modal testing. It carried out mode analysis of the model derrick based on numerical method and impact testing using hammer excitation was used to measure the vibration properties of the model derrick. Compared with the same results obtained from FE and hammer testing, it showed that the relative error of the first five nature frequencies were less than 10% and got the model shapes were gotten approximately. In this case, the analysis showed that the low order modes can effectively reflect nature frequencies and model shapes of the system, and the designing model derrick is feasible. The results of experiments and numer- ical simulation show that the rotary table is a major cause of the lower order resonances of the derrick. And the re- sults could provide a theoretical guidance for the dynamic design and structural dynamics modification of the K-type derrick of deep well rig.
