摘要
针对当前运输船舶评级方法过于简单粗糙的问题 ,把能将定性分析和定量分析有机结合的层次分析法引入船舶工程项目事后评价中 .在对层次分析法原理进行阐述之后 ,将其用于实例的计算 .结果表明层次分析法具有简明实用的特点 ,是对船舶工程项目进行评定的一种有效方法 .
Considering the problem of traditional evaluating method, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced into post-project evaluation on ship engineering which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. An example based on AHP is also illustrated, which evaluates the comprehensive performance of three ships. The result indicates that AHP is an effective and concise evaluating method.
