摘要
乳酸菌作为一种益生菌,只有具备较好的耐酸耐胆盐能力,才能到达肠道并在人体中发挥益生作用。采用测OD_(600)值、平板菌落计数等方法测定了4株产多糖乳酸菌的耐酸耐胆盐能力。结果表明:F6041菌株的耐酸性较好;F4042菌株的耐胆盐能力较好,在胆盐浓度0.3%、0.5%2种条件下培养4h后的存活率都高于对照。
As a kind of good probiotic bacteria, Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) will have important physiological function to people only when it have acid and bile salt resistance and can survive in human gastro-intestinal tract. The acid and bile salt resistant abilities of four exopolysaccha- ride-producing LAB are examined with the measurement of OD600 and the plate colony counting. The results show that the strain of F6040 has higher acid resistant capacity, and the strain of F404 has the higher bile salt resistant capacity which shows more than 100% sur- vival rate after incubated for 4h with 0.3 % and 0.5 % bile salt concentration.
