摘要
以航天薄壁结构件用2219铝合金变极性钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)为背景,设计和研制了一套基于多信息传感的机器人变极性GTAW焊缝成形模糊控制系统.采用视觉传感系统实时获取焊缝的间隙和错边量,并利用相应的图像处理方法获取液态2219铝合金熔池的正面特征信息;采用模糊逻辑控制方法进行焊缝参数的在线调整和补偿控制,以确保焊缝熔透及其成形的均匀性.结果表明,对于厚度为8mm的2219铝合金对接焊,采用所设计的模糊控制系统能够根据焊缝的间隙量和错边量来实时调整焊接电流和送丝速度,使其熔池正面宽度较为稳定,从而保证了焊缝熔透及其成形均匀.
Based on the application of the variable polarity gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) with the 2219 aluminium alloy in space thin-walled structure, a set of variable polarity GTAW control system was designed and developed based on multiple information sensing, which can detect the gap and mismatch o{ the weld-seam with the visual sensing system in real time. Besides, an corresponding image processing algorithm was developed to obtain the characteristic information of the molten pool. In addition, a fuzzy logic control method was adopted to improve the welding parameters online and to compensate the control system, for the sake of ensuring the penetration and forming uniform of the 2219 aluminium alloy. The experiment results of aluminium plate (8 mm) show that the fuzzy control system is able to adjust the welding parameters online according to the gap and mismatch of the weld-seam, and is able to ensure the penetration and forming uniform of the weld-seam.
