预处理废旧橡胶粉催化热解回收炭黑研究 被引量:1

Study on Recovery of Carbon Black by Catalytic Pyrolysis of Pretreatment Waste Rubber Powder

摘要 选用六种催化剂对废旧橡胶粉进行催化热解。采取废旧胶粉与催化剂充分混合的两段式热解方式。通过红外谱图,研究了预处理废旧橡胶粉组成的改变和不同量催化剂对热解产物收率及吸油值的影响。结果表明:废旧橡胶粉中含有的杂质较多,经预处理后杂质明显减少;预处理及未处理两种橡胶粉随催化剂的加入,收率都有明显增高,其中催化剂氧化钙热解收率最高。从最终数据看,橡胶粉的预处理对最终收率影响不大;预处理之后的橡胶粉热解炭黑吸油值往往高于同等条件下未处理橡胶粉热解炭黑。 Six kinds of catalysts were selected for catalytic pyrolysis of waste rubber powder. During the two py- rolysis section, the waste rubber powder and catalyst were mixed together. From the infrared spectrum, the changes of pretreatment of waste rubber powder composition was discussed. The effects of different amount and kinds of catalyst on pyrolysis product yield and oil absorption value were studied. The results showed that there were a lot of impurity in waste rubber powder, and after the pretreatment the impurities decreased significantly. By pretreatment and without pretreatment of waste rubber powder, the yield increased significantly with the catalyst increased. The highest yield was from calcium oxide catalyst and from the final data, rubber powder pretreatment had little effect on the final yield. The pyrolysis carbon black oil absorption value after pretreatment of rubber powder, was often higher than untreated pyrolytic carbon black rubber powder under the same conditions.
