摘要
目的：探析Gamma 3型髓内钉治疗AO 31-A2、A3型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年10月～2015年10月收治的37例AO 31-A2、A3型股骨粗隆间骨折患者，均采取Gamma 3型髓内钉治疗，31-A2型19例（观察组），31-A3型18例（对照组），比较两组骨折复位情况等。结果观察组骨折愈合时间为（76.5±7.8）d，比对照组短，P＜0.05；37例患者，7例出现骨折端复位后阴性支撑，对症处理后，愈合。两组均未发生髋内翻等并发症。结论 A2、A3型股骨粗隆间骨折手术成功的关键在于保护患者外侧壁的情况下，患者骨折端阳性支撑，颈干角良好。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of Gamma 3 type intramedullary nail in the treatment of AO 31-A2, A3 type femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 37 cases of patients with AO 31-A2, A3 type femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and treated with Gamma 3 type intramedullary nailing, 19 cases with 31-A2 type were taken as observation group, and 18 cases with 31-type A3 were taken as control group. The restoration in two groups was compared.Results The fracture healing time of the observation group was （76.5±7.8） d, which was shorter than the control group,P〈0.05. 7 cases had fracture end reset after negative support among 37 cases, they healed after symptomatic treatment. There was no complication such as hip varus. Conclusion The key to the success of type A2, A3 intertrochanteric fracture is under the condition that protecting the external walls of the urgery. The fraction gets the positive support, and neck stem’s angle is suitable.
