摘要
目的探讨检验前影响血液标本质量的因素。方法采用回顾性分析的方式对采血方法、患者、标本保存及送检等方面的原因进行全面的总结和分析。结果主要影响因素分别为护士因素、患者因素、运输因素。结论通过科学有效的手段加强血液标本的质量管理,并对影响标本质量的各因素进行有效的干预,是保证血液标本质量的关键。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of blood samples before the test. Methods A retrospective comprehensive summary and analysis of the analysis way of sampling methods,patient,specimen preservation and inspection and other reasons. Results The main influencing factors were nurses,patients＇ factors and transportation factors. Conclusion Through scientific and effective means to strengthen the quality management of blood samples,and affect the quality of the samples of the various factors for effective intervention,is the key to ensure the quality of blood samples.
