摘要
创新基地是推动标准化创新发展的一种新的尝试,也是推动标准化改革发展的重要抓手。本文分析了中关村创新基地建设工作的现状和基础,总结了创新基地建设过程中在增加标准有效供给、满足标准化市场需求、产学研用深度融合等方面的工作措施和取得的成效,并结合标准化服务业的培育和发展,提升标准供给水平和供给质量等方面对创新基地建设工作长期持续开展提出了建议。
National technical standard innovation base is a new attempt to promote the development of innovation and reform of standardization. This paper analyzes the present situation and development of the national technical standard innovation base of Zhongguancun. This paper also summarizes the measures and effectiveness of increasing the standard effective supply, meeting the standardization market demand, increasing the combination of interested parties and so on. Based on the cultivation and development of standardization marketing service, suggestions are offered to promote the sustainable development of Zhongguancun national technical standard innovation base.
