生物可吸收支架治疗冠状动脉分叉病变的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 冠状动脉分叉病变作为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗( percutaneous coronary intervention , PCI )中的常见病变,占PCI总量的15%~20%[1]。但由于其存在边支易闭塞、手术技术难度大、再狭窄风险高等问题,使之成为PCI最具挑战的病变之一。药物洗脱支架( drug eluting stents , DES )是目前治疗冠状动脉分叉病变的主要选择,但DES也并非完美,仍然存在一系列不足。例如,永久性置入物的存在妨碍冠状动脉血管扩张,影响内皮功能恢复,甚至还可能增加支架内再狭窄和支架内血栓的发生风险[2]。
