摘要
从三轴加工到五轴加工,针对MasterCAM刀路设计中内嵌仿真难以检查的错误,通过第三方软件对典型案例进行纠错研究,初步分析了引发错误的原因。基于案例解析,提出为提升CAM刀路设计经验,避免错误重复发生,在加工前借助第三方软件对输出的NC程序实施进一步仿真检查的必要性。
From three-axis machining to five-axis machining,aiming at the indiscoverable tool path design error in Master CAM embedded simulation,third-party software was used to inspect the errors in typical cases and a preliminary analysis for the causes of the errors was done. Based on case analysis,to enhance the CAM tool path design experience and to avoid repeating mistakes occurring,it was proposed the output NC program should be checked with third-party simulation software before working.
