摘要
某车型液压离合系统踏板在工作过程中存在不回位的问题,导致车辆驾驶中存在安全隐患。分析该液压离合系统的工作原理,根据车辆行驶的实际工况,从液体流动性、结构密封性,离合器踏板力等几个方面,统计了液压离合系统踏板不回位的故障现象;分析离合系统故障特征及相关试验数据,找到了液压离合系统踏板不回位故障的根本原因,即液压不足、摩擦阻力大以及离合踏板助力过大或回位力不足;并提出了规避离合踏板不回位的改善措施。
Because hydraulic clutch pedal can't return initial position when some vehicle is driving, tile power transmission will he inter- rupted. It is very serious security problem when vehicle is driving. The working principle of the hydraulic clutch system was analyzed. According to actual working conditions, statistical analvsis was introtlueed into the fault problems thai hy(traulic clutch pedal eouldn' t return from liquidity of liquid, sealing of structure, the cluh.h pedal toree. The feature of fault and test data were analyzed and summarized, and root causes that clutch pedal couldn't return were found. There were lack of hydraulic oil, higher flow resistance, improper clutch pedal furee. At last, some improvement measures were put forward for these fault problems.
