摘要
本文以唐山港京唐港区36^#~40^#专业化煤炭泊位工程建设为实例,简单介绍在专业化码头工程建设全过程中的甲方管理经验及方法,为今后专业化码头建设管理工作提供一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the engineering construction of specialized coal berths 36^#~40^# at Tangshan port Jiangtang harbor, a brief introduction has been given to the Owner＆#39;s management experiences and methods used in the construction process of specialized terminal, which will provide a reference for the construction management of specialized terminals in future.
