摘要
目的:分析新辅助化疗对可切除局部晚期结肠癌患者肿瘤组织和血清标本中恶性分子含量的影响。方法:选择可切除局部晚期结肠癌患者86例并随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组接受传统术后化疗,观察组接受术前新辅助化疗及传统术后化疗。新辅助化疗后1、2、3个周期时,取血清样本并测定恶性分子的含量;手术切除后取肿瘤组织并测定恶性分子的表达量。结果:新辅助化疗后1、2、3个周期时,观察组血清中VEGF、Cath-D、MCP-1、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、sIL-2R、IL-18的含量均显著低于对照组;手术切除后,观察组肿瘤组织中Beclin-1、Caspase-3的mRNA表达量显著高于对照组,mTOR、Livin、MTA1的mRNA表达显著低于对照组。结论:新辅助化疗可以有效抑制可切除局部晚期结肠癌的恶性程度,抑制恶性分子的表达,在提升整体治疗效果方面具有积极意义。
Objective：To analyze the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on malignant molecule levels in tumor tissue and serum of patients with locally advanced resectable colorectal cancer.Methods：A total of 86 patients with locally advanced resectable colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group underwent traditional postoperative chemotherapy and observation had preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and traditional postoperative chemotherapy.After one cycle,two cycles and three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,serum samples were collected to determine the levels of malignant molecules.After surgical resection,the tumor tissues were collected to determine the expression levels of malignant molecules.Results：After one cycle,two cycles and three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,serum VEGF,Cath-D,MCP-1,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,sIL-2Rand IL-18 levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group.After surgical resection,Beclin-1and Caspase-3mRNA expression levels in tumor tissue of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and mTOR,Livin and MTA1 mRNA expression levels were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion：Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can effectively inhibit the malignant degree of locally advanced resectable colorectal cancer and inhibit the expression of malignant molecules,and it is of positive significancein terms of improving overall treatment effect.
