摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定静脉微泵注射对2型糖尿病结直肠手术中血流动力学及血糖水平的影响。方法选择我院2013年7月-2014年11月收治的结直肠癌伴2型糖尿病患者42例,根据治疗方式分为对照组与研究组,研究组患者静脉微泵注射右美托咪定,对照组予同剂量生理盐水。比较两组患者不同时段血流动力学指标及血糖水平。结果 研究组注射后10 min、插管即刻、手术开始后10 min、拔管前、拔管即刻、拔管后5 min、拔管后10 min MAP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且HR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者Sp O2不同时刻水平相比均无明显差异（P〉0.05）;研究组手术开始后10 min、30 min、拔管后10min血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 右美托咪定静脉微泵注射可对伴有2型糖尿病的结直肠手术患者血糖水平进行控制,可临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of intravenous micropump injection on hemodynamies and blood sugar level of the patients with type 2 diabetes receiving colorectal surgery. Methods 42 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with colorectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to November 2014 were selected. According to the patients＂ treatment methods, they were assigned to the control group and the research group. The research group was given intravenous mieropump injection of dexmedetomidine, and the control group was given normal saline with the same dosage. Hemodynamic indicators and blood sugar level at different time points were compared between the two groups of patients. Results MAP levels in the research group 10 min after injection, upon intubation, 10 min after beginning of surgery, before extubation, upon extubation, 5 rain after extubation, and 10 min after extubation were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and HR levels were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the levels of SpO2 at different time points were not significantly different be- tween the two groups of patients （P〉0.05）; blood sugar levels 10 rain, 30 rain after beginning of surgery, and 10 min af- ter extubation were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous micropump injection of dexmedetomidine is able to control the blood sugar level of the patients with type 2 diabetes receiving colorectal surgery, which can be promoted and applied clinically.
