摘要
为解决黄陵二矿煤层瓦斯抽采易造成抽采空白带以及抽采范围小、时间短、无法超前治理瓦斯的问题,对黄陵二矿409工作面进行了定向长钻孔瓦斯预抽试验。通过长钻孔设计及施工工艺的改进,有效提高了施工效率,预抽两年后,煤层瓦斯含量降为1.56~1.73m3/t,预抽率仍达到42.52%~48.17%。瓦斯压力由原来的0.65MPa降低到0.19~0.28MPa。工期缩短35d,钻孔瓦斯初始流量提高了1.46倍,有效消除了煤层抽采盲区,杜绝了采掘过程中发生瓦斯超限现象。
As the coal seam gas drainage drilling in Huangling mining No. 2 Mine often penetrated the roof and floor,causing the problems of blank zone drainage,repeated drainage,small drainage area and short drainage time,which made advance gas control impossible,a gas pre-drainage test with directional long borehole was carried out in No. 409 working face of Huangling No. 2 Mine. Through improvement of long borehole design and construction technology,the construction efficiency was enhanced. After two years of drainage,coal seam gas content was reduced to 1. 56 ~ 1. 73m3/ t,drainage rate reached 42. 52% ~ 48. 17%. The gas pressure of coal seam reduced from 0. 65 MPa to 0. 19 ~ 0. 28 MPa. Time limit for the project shortened 35 days,the initial flow of drilling gas increased 1. 46 times. Thus,the coal drainage blind area and gas overrun in mining was eliminated.
