基于奇异位形的塑壳断路器操作机构合闸运动状态 被引量:5

Research on Closing Motion States of Molded Case Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanism Based on Singular Configuration

摘要 塑壳断路器要求其操作机构设计需满足合闸、分闸、脱扣、终压力、开距、超程、电性能独立于手动操作力等性能指标;而其各性能、指标参数、操作机构结构参数相互关联耦合,导致塑壳断路器操作机构的设计及优化难度极大。提出依据机构奇异位形、限位块与机构接触状态,对塑壳断路器合闸运动过程进行阶段细分的划分准则,将合闸过程划分为七个运动阶段进行研究;研究机构在不同阶段拓扑结构、自由度变化情况,及对塑壳断路器性能指标的影响,并从原理上解释了塑壳断路器电性能独立于手动操作力的特性。该研究方法有利于揭示塑壳断路器操作机构运动过程的特性变化,为断路器操作机构的设计及优化提供理论基础。 The design of operating mechanism of Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) should ensure the target of the performance, including closing, opening, tipping, contact pressure, electrode separation, overrun, and the electrical performance independent of the operator behavior. However, the intercoupling of various performance, indexes and structure parameters results in difficulty of the design and optimization of operating mechanism. Based on configurations singular configurations and contact states between stopper and mechanism, seven motion phases of the closing operation of MCCB was divided. The change of topological structure and degree of freedom in different phase and the impact of the change on the performance of MCCB were analyzed. Electrical performance principle of MCCB independent of the operator behavior was revealed. The method was beneficial to reveal the motion characteristics of operating mechanism of MCCB, and provided theoretical basis for the design and optimization of MCCB.
