一种新颖的并联有源电力滤波器死区补偿方法 被引量:1

摘要 由于风电、光伏等分布式能源的电源开关器件采用半控或不控器件,以及控制器控制不精确等原因,给电网带来谐波、无功等影响。VSI型并联有源电力滤波器是一种可有效抑制谐波、无功的电力电子装置。在脉宽调制过程中,死区效应影响逆变器的非线性,使得常规控制方法下的APF对负载电流主要谐波存在跟踪误差。文章针对该死区效应问题提出一种新颖的电流前馈补偿方法。该方法不需要对参考电流进行极性判断,可有效降低控制器软件设计难度,同时可有效保证APF控制器的谐波电流跟踪响应特性。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。 In recent years, distributed power systems are developing rapidly, such as the wind power, the photovoltaic power and the wind-solar hybrid system, which is an important direction for the future energy system. However, semi-controlled and non-controlled devices are still in use, with the imprecise controller, which may bring the power grid harmonics and reactive power. The voltage source inverter type parallel active power filter (VSI-type APF) is a useful way to compensate harmonics and reactive power. During every pulsewidth modulation (PWM) cycle, the dead-time always causes nonlinear effects and tracking error for the APF. In this paper, a novel current forward method for the dead-time compensation is proposed. In a low-cost implementation, it is unnecessary to detect the current direction. On the other hand, it effectively reduces the difficulty for the controller software design and guarantees the harmonic currents tracking ability for the APF controller. The simulation results under the software Matlab/Simulink validating the proposed method are presented.
