摘要
文章介绍了全尺寸高效PCB制造技术的主要优势,分析了全尺寸高效PCB制造技术的主要制作难点,研究了涨缩控制、钻孔工艺、CCD对位控制、蚀刻线宽控制等关键工序的生产控制要点。全尺寸高效制作PCB,具有节能、减耗、降低生产成本、提高生产成本的优点。
The paper introduces the main advantages and analyses the major difficulties of the full-scale PCB production method, and studies key points of the production method, such as the expansion and contraction control, drilling process, alignment control of the CCD and critical dimension loss control of the etching line. The highly efficient production method of full-scale PCB has some advantages like energy conservation, consumption reduction, lower production cost and improved production efficiency.
