摘要
稀土元素作为铅合金材料添加剂,可以有效地改善板栅合金的力学性能和电化学性能。总结了稀土元素添加剂对铅合金的影响作用,稀土元素添加于铅合金中可以细化晶粒,改善合金综合力学性能,提高合金析氢和析氧过电位,增强合金耐腐蚀性能,降低阳极氧化膜阻抗。并概述了铈、镧、钐等稀土元素作为铅合金的添加剂的研究进展。
Rare earth elements additives can improve mechanical and electrochemical performances of the lead- based grid alloys. The influence of rare earth additives on lead alloy in general was summarized. Rare earth addi- tives can refine the crystal grain, strengthen comprehensive mechanical properties, improve the hydrogen and oxygen evolution overpotential and the corrosion resistance, and reduce the anodic oxidation film impedance. And the research progress of cerium, lanthanum, samarium and other rare earth elements as the lead alloy addi rives was reviewed.
