摘要
以"特需项目"试点高校为探寻专业硕士培养现状的切入点,通过对江西省三所专业硕士试点高校的实地调查与研究,初步探明该类应用技术型高校在专业硕士人才培养过程中,主要存在生源质量不高、课程设置欠合理、"双导师"制度落实不到位、产学研合作效果不佳以及教育质量难以评价等问题。提升专业硕士人才培养质量,应从加强专业硕士招生宣传力度、调整优化专业课程体系、规范运行"双导师"制度、完善产学研合作教育机制、注重考核形式多样化等方面入手。
Based on the investigation and research of three colleges that were selected for carrying out "Special Program",it showed that the problems of professional masters' cultivation in applied tech-oriented colleges mainly come from low quality of source of students,poor design of curriculum system,insufficient tutorial system,unsatisfying industry-college-institute cooperation and difficulty of education quality to evaluate.Therefore,it is suggested that the colleges should further strengthen the recruitment of students,adjust and optimize the professional curriculum system,supervise the tutorial system,enhance the efficiency of industry-college-institute cooperation and diversify student assessment.
