摘要
加强民办高校学科建设工作,特别是加强政府对民办高校学科建设工作的管理和扶持,是进一步深化民办高等教育改革的需要。文章主要分析了现阶段我国民办高校学科建设中存在的问题,并依据公共产品理论、"第三部门"理论及教育公平理论,对我国民办高校学科建设公共政策制定提出对策建议。
Strengthening discipline construction of private colleges, in particular government’s management and support to it, is the requirement to further deepen the reform of private higher education. This paper mainly analyzes existing problems in the discipline construction of private colleges in China, and puts forward suggestions to public policy formulation on discipline construction of private colleges based on public goods theory, ＂third sector＂ theory and education equality theory.
