摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合百令胶囊对小儿哮喘血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、白介素族及肺换气功能的影响。方法:选择我院支气管哮喘患儿83例做研究对象,经我院伦理委员会审核通过,按随机数字表进行分组,对照组38例采用氢化可的松静脉滴注治疗;研究组45例采用布地奈德联合百令胶囊治疗,治疗前后分别检测小儿肺换气功能,抽取肘静脉血5 m L,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、白介素族水平,同时记录临床症状改善时间。结果:对照组治疗有效率76.32%低于研究组治疗有效率93.34%,喘憋、咳嗽、肺部湿罗音和肺部哮鸣音等缓解时间显著高于研究组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组,治疗后PA-a DO2、Qs/Qt、RI低于对照组,PIMAX高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用布地奈德联合百令胶能有效控制小儿哮喘患儿血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-6、IL-8水平水平,提高肺换气功能,效果显著。
Objective： To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with Bailing Capsule on asthma in children with serum MMP - 9,TIMP - 1, Interleukin family and ventilation function of lungs. Methods ： Eighty - three cases with bronchial asthma were selected by our hospital ethics committee review and randomly divided into two groups. Thirty - eight cases in the control group were treated with hydrocortisone infusion therapy and forty -five cases in the experiment group were treated with budesonide combined with Bailing Capsule. Serum MMP -9 ,TIMP - 1 and interleukin family levels were detected by ELISA and the clinical symptoms improved time and ventilation function of lung were compared after the treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the control group （ 76.32% ） was lower than the experiment group＇ s （93.34%）. The clinical symptoms improved time of wheezing, cough, pulmonary rales and wheezes were higher than the experiment group＇s （ P 〈 0.05）. Serum MMP -9,TIMP- 1, IL- 6 and IL- 8 levels in the experiment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment. PA - aDO2, Qs/Qt and RI were lower than the control group＇ s and PIMAX was higher than the control group＇ s（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with Bailing Capsule can ef- fectively decrease the levels of serum MMP - 9, TIMP - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 8 in asthma children and improve the pulmonary ventilation function.
