摘要
在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的研究过程中,以中医理论为基础,将望闻问切的四诊方法与现代科技相结合,把采集到的舌诊、面诊、脉诊信息进行分析并与CRF中医诊断相关联,为其提供客观化和标准化的依据。整理概括近10年以来对CRF舌诊、面诊和脉诊信息的研究情况,发现CRF四诊信息的分析和客观化方面已经取得了较大的进展,有望为CRF的中医诊断、辨证和治疗提供可靠的指标。
Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,we combine TCM four diagnosis ways with modern science and technology in the research of chronic renal failure （CRF）. We analyzed and associated the information of TCM tongue,face and pulse diagnosis characteristics of CRF, providing the basis of objectification and standardization for the diagnosis. We summed up the research situation of the tongue diagnosis,face diagnosis and pulse diagnosis of CRF in re- cent 10 years. We find that great progress has been made in CRF analysis and objective aspects and it is expected to be- come a reliable indicator for TCM diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment.
