摘要
目的探究经阴道三维超声造影对宫腔内良恶性病变及其与微血管密度的临床应用。方法 80例患者均通过手术获得组织病理学结果,分为良性组(42例)、交界性组(12例)和恶性变组(26例),经阴道三维超声造影检测患者病情,分析该方法对宫腔内良恶性病变及其与微血管密度的诊断价值。结果良性组、交界性组、恶性组的达峰时间、增强强度、AUC值、MVD分别为(16.12±2.08)s、(13.56±1.32)d B、(1 453.96±87.24)d B.s、(14.56±7.12);(14.92±1.63)s、(14.29±1.96)d B、(1 501.38±81.82)d B.s、(21.76±7.28);(13.51±1.42)s、(14.96±2.02)d B、(1 552.13±79.44)d B.s、(37.42±18.53)。结论经阴道三维超声造影可显著区分恶性病变、交界性病变和良性病变,达峰时间和MVD水平是鉴别宫腔内良恶性病变的较好指标。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in benign and malignant lesions and micro vessel density in uterine cavity. Methods We selected 80 patients whose pathological results were tested then were divided into benign group (n=42) , borderline group (n= 12) and malignant group (n=26). Patients were detected by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound so as to analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. Results The peak time, enhancement intensity, AUC value, and MVD of benign group, borderline group, malignant group were (16.12±2.08)s, (13.56±1.32)dB, (1 453.96±87.24)riB. s, (14.56±7.12);(14.92±1.63)s, (14.29±1.96)dB, (1 501.38 ± 81. 82) dB. s, (21. 76±7. 28); (13. 51±1. 42) s, (14.96±2.02) dB, (1 552. 13±79. 44) dB. s, (37.42±18.53). Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound can distinguish malignant lesions, borderline lesions and benign lesions significantly. Peak time and the MVD level are good indexes to identify benign and malignant lesions in the uterine cavity.
