摘要
以聚苯乙烯树脂为起始原料,经氯乙酰化后与四乙烯五胺反应,合成了一种含四乙烯五胺功能基的多胺型聚苯乙烯树脂。考察了溶剂、物料比、时间和温度等反应条件对树脂合成的影响,研究了树脂对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,合成反应在THF溶剂中室温即可顺利进行,所得树脂全交换容量为7.45mmol/g。树脂对Cu2+的吸附可以用准二级动力学方程来描述,液膜扩散为吸附主要控制步骤,吸附符合Langmuir等温方程,为单分子层吸附,饱和吸附量为46.15 mg/m L。对于Cu2+、Ni2+混合溶液,该树脂可以选择性吸附其中Cu2+。
A polyamine-type polystyrene resin with tetraethylenepentamine functional group was synthesized from polystyrene resin through chloroacetylation followed by the amination of tetraethylenepentamine. Effects of reaction solvent,mole ratio of raw materials,time and temperature were discussed. The adsorption property of the polyamine-type polystyrene resin for Cu^2+ was also studied. The results show that the synthetic reactions can take place smoothly in THF at room temperature and the complete exchange capacity of the synthesized resin is 7.45 mmol/g. The adsorption processes of Cu^2+ can be described by pseudo-second order kinetic equation. The main control step of resin adsorption for Cu^2+ is governed by liquid film diffusion. The adsorption of Cu^2+belongs to the Langmuir adsorption model and was valid for single-layer adsorption. The saturated adsorption capacity of the synthesized resin toward Cu^2+ is 46.15mg/m L. The Cu^2+ can be removed selectively from the mixed solution of Cu^2+ and Ni2+ by the synthesized resin adsorption.
