内镜治疗消化内镜诊疗相关性穿孔的效果观察及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结内镜治疗消化内镜诊疗相关性穿孔患者的效果及护理方法。方法回顾性分析117例消化内镜诊疗相关性穿孔患者内镜下治疗的效果及护理方法。结果 117例患者中116例在内镜下闭合成功,1例不成功,转外科手术治疗后痊愈。116例内镜下闭合成功患者中有1例术后当天出现急性腹膜炎转外科手术治疗且痊愈。结论对于消化内镜诊疗相关性穿孔,内镜下治疗可使穿孔完全闭合,避免外科手术。而护士密切观察病情、加强心理及基础护理,术中娴熟准确配合医生,能降低手术并发症,保障手术安全。
