摘要
目的观察凉血解毒法治疗慢性复发性结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法给予30例慢性复发性结节性红班患者凉血解毒中药治疗2周,治疗前后分别观察患者血沉、C反应蛋白、视觉模拟评分以及局部水肿、结节、红斑、丘疹和紫癜积分。结果治疗后患者血沉、C反应蛋白、视觉模拟评分以及局部水肿、结节、红斑、丘疹和紫癜积分均显著降低(P<0.05),临床总有效率为97.0%,治愈率为63.3%。结论凉血解毒法治疗慢性复发性结节性红斑具有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood-cooling and detoxicating method in the treatment of chronic recurrent erythema nodosum. Methods A total of 30 patients with chronic recurrent erythema nodosum were enrolled and treated with blood-cooling and detoxScating traditional Chinese medicine for 2 weeks. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score, and scores of local edema, nodules, erythema, papule, and purpura were observed before and after treatment. Results All the patients showed significant reductions in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, VAS score, and scores of local edema, nodules, erythema, papule, and purpura after treatment （P〈0. 05）. The overall response rate was 97.0 %, and the cure rate was 63.3Y0. Conclusion The blood-cooling and detoxicating method has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic recurrent erythema nodosum.
