摘要
目前国内纸纱复合袋糊底主要是手工操作,存在效率低、废品率高、劳动力短缺等问题。针对这些问题,本文根据纸纱复合袋糊底的工艺流程、技术要求特点,综合运用组态软件WinCC flexible、MP377触摸屏、西门子可编程控制器（PLC）S7-200和西门子V90伺服驱动器、G110变频器、光电传感器等器件,设计了一套基于人机界面的PLC控制系统,满足了加工工艺要求。
The domestic Paper and Yarn Compounded Bag Bottom-Pasting mainly depend on manual operation at present,which has several disadvantages like low efficiency,high rejection rate,labor shortages and other issues. To solve these problems,according to the characteristics of the Paper and Yarn Compounded Bag Bottom-Pasting process and technical requirements,this paper designed the PLC control system based on human-machine interface by integrated use of the configuration software Win CC flexible,MP377 touch screen,Siemens programmable logic controller（ PLC） S7-200 and Siemens V90 servo drive,G110 inverter,photoelectric sensors and other devices,which met the processing requirements.
