摘要
目的探讨自行设计的ICU终末处理核查单应用于ICU终末处理的效果。方法根据药品、患者物品、床单元消毒、物品准备等内容设计表格式核查单,由责任护士逐项落实,质量控制护士进行核查。结果应用核查单后,药品及物品终末处理合格率、床单元终末处理合格率、物品准备合格率和医护人员对终末处理满意度均提高(P<0.01);备物时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论应用ICU终末处理核查单,使终末处理更加规范化、科学化、高效化,保证了终末处理质量,临床值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effects of self - designed terminal disposal checklist used in the ICU. Methods The checklist included medicine, patient＇s goods, bed unit disinfection, items preparation and so on, which was implemented by primary nurse and checked by quality control nurse. Results After the use of terminal disposal checklist, the qualified rate of medicine and goods handling, qualified rate of bed unit disinfection and items preparation , and the sat- isfaction degree of medical staff were all increased （P 〈 0.01 ）. The time of items preparation decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The ICU terminal disposal checklist could make terminal disposal more standardized, scientific and efficient, which ensure the quality of the terminal disposal and was worth extending.
