摘要 姜黄素(curcumin)是一种姜黄属(Curcuma longa)根茎提取物,在自然界中主要以固相的酸性或中性酮式结构存在,其化学结构使其极难溶于水,具有多种药理学活性。在体外实验中,姜黄素可抑制破骨细胞增生和功能,同时亦能抑制成骨细胞增生。体内试验中,姜黄素对骨重塑的作用方向仍存争议。随着研究的深入,姜黄素对组织的作用更加明确,可能会获得更广阔的应用前景。 Curcumin is a natural polyphenolic compound which is isolated from the rhizome of Curcuma longa.It predominately resides in its keto form in acidic and neutral conditions and solid phase. The chemical structure makes it much less soluble in water. Curcumin has a variety of pharmacologically activities. Curcumin inhibits the proliferation and bone-resorption function of osteoclasts,as well as the proliferation of osteoblasts in vitro. However,the specific direction of its effect on bone remodeling in vivo remains controversial. With the further research,the effect of curcumin could be much clearer and the following application prospects would be much broader.
