摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2012年6月至2015年2月来江西省新余市中医院接受治疗的88例PIH患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者进行常规护理。实验组患者在对照组护理的基础上,进行综合护理干预。观察患者血压、分娩方式结局、胎儿结局。结果实验组护理后收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组和护理前(P<0.05)。实验组早产、产后出血、胎盘早剥、剖宫产总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够降低妊娠高血压综合征患者的血压,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the influence on the blood pressure and pregnancy outcome for the patients with pregnancy - induced hypertention syndrome by comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods 88 cases of patients with pregnancy - induced hypertention syndrome were divided into experiment group and control group. The blood pressure,delivery mode,fetal outcome were observed. Results The blood pressure for the experiment group were lower than the control group and before care （P 〈 0. 05）. The rate of premature, postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, pregnancy, fetal distress, asphyxia neonatorum for the experiment group were lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It can reduce the blood pressure for the patients with pregnancy - induced hypertention syndrome by comprehensive nursing intervention, improve the pregnancy outcome.
