摘要
以我国某矿皮带机为例,首先介绍了皮带机胶带运行中常见的故障类型,分析了静态故障树分析方法,并通过静态故障树分析法分析研究了皮带机胶带故障,再通过定性和定量分析确定底事件对顶事件的影响大小,快速确定故障,最后提出了相关问题的解决措施。
Based on the mine belt conveyor in our country, this paper firstly introduces the common faults in the operation of belt conveyor belt type, analyzes the static fault tree analysis method, and through the analysis of the static fault tree analysis research the fault belt conveyor belt, through qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the influence of the bottom to the top events, quickly determine fault, finally put forward some measures to resolve the problem.
