摘要
硅光电倍增管(Silicon Photomultiplier,Si PM)是近年来逐渐兴起的一种用于核医学的光电探测器件,其具有尺寸小、工作电压低、对磁场不敏感等优点,具有替代传统光电倍增管的巨大潜力。本文首先介绍Si PM探测器的相关原理,然后重点阐述Si PM制备的相关工艺,讨论了各种不同工艺的特点及性能。其次,本文列举了针对不同用途所开发的Si PM前端读出专用集成电路,以及相应的电子学性能。最后介绍了有关Si PM探测器应用在PET、PET/MR中的最新进展,并对Si PM探测器的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The silicon photomultipliers(SiPM) is a photoelectric detector emerging in recent years and used in nuclear medicine imaging systems. It has a huge potential to substitute the traditional Photomultipliers(PMT) due to its smaller size, lower working bias voltage and magnet compatible, etc. This paper introduced the relevant theories about Si PM firstly. Then, the Si PM production process were emphasized in detail, and the characteristic as well as performance of different production process was discussed subsequently. Furthermore, different kinds of front-end readout ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuits) for SiPM, which were designed for different use, together with their electronic performance were enumerated. Finally, the application of SiPM in PET, PET/MR was demonstrated and future development of Si PM was also discussed.
