摘要
老社区是具有特定人群和生活形态的"城市生活圈",其公共环境的活力决定了居民的生活品质和环境的可持续发展。由于社区公共环境的"物质环境决定论"倾向,使老社区公共环境长期处于利用率低下的状态。该文采用微观行为研究的视角来对老社区缺乏活力原因进行分析,并借鉴语义解析法探索其环境改造的方向。
Old community is an ＂city living circle＂ with the specific people and life forms. The vitality of the public environment determines the quality of life and the environment of sustainable development. Because of the ＂material environment determinism＂ tendency in the community public environment, which makes the public environment of the old community in a low utilization rate of the state. We analyzed the reason of lacking vitality in the public environment of the old community from the perspective of micro behavior, and explored the transform of the public environment by using the semantic differential.
