老挝巴莱县某铜金硫化矿石选铜试验 被引量:3

Copper Selection Experimental on a Copper-gold Sulphide Ore in Balai County,Lao People's Democratic Republic

摘要 老挝巴莱县某铜金硫化矿石中的主要有用元素为铜、金,主要铜矿物黄铜矿、斑铜矿共生关系密切,结晶极不规则,但粗细较均匀,粒度较细;黄铁矿晶粒较规则,但粗细不均;铜硫矿物嵌布关系较密切;金主要以裸露与半裸露金形态存在,其次是黄铜矿包裹金。为确定矿石的选铜工艺,对矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明:矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%的情况下,以石灰+YD为硫抑制剂,丁基黄药为浮铜捕收剂,采用1粗2精2扫闭路浮铜流程处理,获得了铜品位为25.08%、含金26.00 g/t、铜回收率为90.78%、金回收率为74.12%的铜金精矿。 The main useful elements are copper and gold of copper gold sulphide ore from Balai County,Lao People's Democratic Republic. The main copper minerals chalcopyrite and bornite are closely associated symbiosis, crystallization is ir- regular, the thickness even and grain sizes finer. Pyrite grains are regular, but thickness uneven. Copper sulfide minerals dis- seminated relatively correlation. Gold mainly exists nakedly or half-nakedly ,followed by pattern of gold enwrapped by ehalcopy- rite. To find the copper selection process, dressing experiment was conducted. The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness -0. 074 mm accounting for 70% , lime +YD as sulfur depressor, butyl xanthate as copper collector, via one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging closed circuit copper flotation process, copper-gold concentrate with 25.08% Cu and 26. 00 g/t Ag, copper recovery of 90. 78% , gold recovery of 74. 12% was obtained.
