摘要
综述了高压氧疗治疗皮瓣的机制、临床方法以及护理进展。护理措施包括心理护理、护理评估等进高压舱的护理、进高压氧舱前的准备工作、高压氧治疗过程中加压时的注意事项以及高压氧治疗后的护理措施。认为高压氧早期介入对改善皮瓣或活有明显效果,该方法经济有效、简便,但如何使其成为常规治疗仍有待探索。
This paper summarizes the mechanism, clinica methods and nursing progress. The nursing progresses include nursing before entering into hyperbaric oxygen chamber which included mental nursing, nursing assessment, preparatory work, announcements during the treatment, and the nursing after the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Believe that the early application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the survival rate of skin flap, which was economic, effectively and simple, but the method of making the hyperbaric oxygen therapy conventional treatment still need more exploration.
