摘要
对安徽省芝麻的生产、加工现状进行了调研,阐述了芝麻的种植、生产规模、生产方式,以及芝麻加工技术、生产企业、销售流通情况;通过分析安徽省芝麻产业的优势及发展中存在的主要问题,提出芝麻产业化的发展对策及建议。
The present situation of sesame production and processing in Anhui Province was studied in this paper,in-cluding sesame cultivation,production scale and form,as well as processing technology,enterprises,sales circula-tion. Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of sesame industry were proposed by analyzing the advan-tages and disadvantages existing in sesame industry in Anhui Province.
