摘要
从杂种优势的遗传假说入手,阐述遗传差异、基因差异表达、基因表达调控以及表观遗传学与杂种优势的关系,介绍了茶树杂种优势的利用研究现状,有望更加深入地理解植物杂种优势遗传机理,为茶树杂种优势的研究与应用提供理论依据。
This article summarizes the relationship between heterosis and the differences, differential expression, and expression regulation of the genes, as well as the epigenetics of teas. The current status on the applications of heterosis in plant breeding is presented. It aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of the genetic mechanisms of plant heterosis in order to promote the basic research and its applications for tea breeding.
