摘要
观察紫茎泽兰对中毒马肝肾功能的影响。以10匹病马作为实验组,无紫茎泽兰采食史的10只健康马作为对照组,采集马血清,检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(CRE)、镁、磷、钙等生化指标;结果显示,紫茎泽兰中毒马谷丙转氨酶水平升高214%,谷草转苷酶水平升高140%,碱性磷酸酶水平升高73%,谷氨酰胺基转移酶水平正常,尿酸含量正常,尿素氮含量正常,肌酐水平下降50%;血清学测定血清中钙、镁、磷的含量,其中镁离子和磷离子浓度升高,钙离子浓度正常。结果表明,紫茎泽兰可导致中毒马肝脏受到严重影响,肝脏机能障碍,对肾功能影响程度较轻。
The toxicity of Euratorium adenophorum Spreng on horse liver and kidney was observed. In the experiment, 10 herbal poisoning horses were selected as expeimental groups with 10 healthy horses as control. Blood sampling was carried out on the horse, serum biochemical indicator including alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and creatinine （CRE）, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus were detected. The results showed that in Euratorium adenophorum Spreng poisoning horse, the level of ALT, AST and ALP was increased by 214%, 140% and 73%, respectively, while the level of glutamine transferase, uric acid and BUN was normal, CRE was decreased by 50%; the content of serum magnesium ion and phosphorus ion were both increased, while calcium ion concentration was normal. It is concluded that Euratorium adenophorum Spreng can lead to hepatitis, liver dysfunction and a lesser degree kidney damage on horse.
