摘要
本文从体育用品制造业的发展实际出发,对"中国制造2025"战略背景下体育用品制造业升级转型过程中面临的具体问题与发展路径进行研究,认为:"再工业化"浪潮已经成为引领制造业强国顶层设计的时代背景;"中国制造2025"将引领中国由制造业大国向制造业强国转变,同时也将成为推动体育用品产业技术革命的行动纲领。摆脱发达国家对我国体育用品制造业的低端锁定;体育产品制造业领域的创新人才匮乏;品牌的文化影响力和创新力相对较低;产品雷同与恶意竞争现象严重是"中国制造2025"背景下体育用品制造业转型升级过程中所面临的挑战。将知识产权转化为生产力,直接投入体育用品的生产与经营当中铸就无形资产;勇于创新,以严谨的工匠精神提高产品质量,逐步推进由中国制造向中国创造方向迈进;加强品牌文化建设,将中国产品转化为中国品牌扩大国际影响力;构建产学研相结合的创新知识产权体系,逐步锁定产品研发、核心技术、品牌运营以及营销管理等产业技术链的高端环节是我国体育用品制造业转型升级的基本路径。
In this paper, we have studied thedevelopment path andpractical? problems? to? be? faced in the? transformation? and? upgrading of the sports? requisite manufacturingsector under the strategic background of "Made in China 2025" and believe that: the "re--industrialization"wave has become the historical background directing the top--level design of the manufacturing sector of a powerhouse; and the "Made in China 2025" strategy will steer China to transform from a manufacturing giant into a world manufac- turing superpower. It will also become a program of action to boost the technological revolution in the sporting requisite sector, ena- bles China to get rid of the low-- end locking of China' ssports requisite manufacturing sector by the developed countries. China' s sports requisite manufacturing sector is short of innovative talents, and the brands have relatively lowcultural influence and innovation capacity. The serious phenomena of similar products and malicious competitionsare the challenges to be faced in the transformation and upgrading of sports requisite manufacturing under the background of"Mae in China 2025". Intellectual property rights should be transformed into productive forces and directly input into production and operation of sporting requisites to form intangible assets. We should he7 brave7 in making innovations, strive to improve product quality with rigorous craftsmanship? spirit and gradually promote the transition from "made in China" to "created in China". We should strengthen to build the brand culture and transform Chinese products into Chinese brands to expand their international influence. We should establish a new intellectual property right systemeombining enterprises, universities and research institutes and gradually lock the high--end links in the industrial and technical chains such as product development, core technologies, brand operation and marketing management. This is the basic path for the transformation and upgrading of the sports requisite manufacturing sector in China.
