摘要
配置储能的光伏电站作为电网黑启动电源时,可以视为一种特殊的孤岛运行状态。仿真得出了光伏阵列在不同温度和光照强度下的输出特性;以此为依据制定适用于电网黑启动的光伏系统控制策略,分析并对比了储能配置情况及环境变化对光伏系统带动电网黑启动能力的影响。结果表明,控制策略具有一定程度上的环境适应性,储能配置情况及环境变化会影响系统黑启动过程中的频率、电压稳定性以及黑启动时间。基于仿真结果,总结了光伏电站作为电网黑启动电源的应用条件,可以为黑启动方案的制定和现场实验提供参考。
When a photovoltaic system is used as black-start unit,it can be considered as a special islanding condition. This paper simulates the output characteristics of photovoltaic array under various temperature and intensity of illumination,based on which a control strategy for black start is proposed and then the influence of the battery configuration and environment variation are analyzed. Results indicate that the control strategy can adapt to different environment condition. M oreover,battery capacity and environment variation will affect the stability of frequency and voltage as well as the time duration of black-start process. Based on the simulation results,application prerequisite for using photovoltaic system as black-start unit is proposed,which can be a reference for restoration planning and field testing.
