摘要
基于寻租视角,把监理商纳入研究范畴,通过构建涉及发包商、承包商、监理商的软件服务质量监管博弈模型,探索研究质量监管的方法,分析发包商、承包商、监理商相互博弈关系,为软件服务外包提供政策建议,并进一步为同类型或性质相近的外包活动提供借鉴和参考。
Based on rent-seeking, supervisors were brought into research scope by establishing a game model of quality supervision in software service outsourcing involved with outsourcer,contractor and supervisor.The research way of quality supervision was explored.The game relationship among outsourcer, contractor and supervisor was analyzed. Furthermore,the policies and strategies are provided for software service outsourcing,and it will set an example to the same or similar characters of other outsourcing.
