摘要
目的:观察马来酸氟吡汀治疗外伤性疼痛的有效性及其安全性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的外伤性疼痛患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,其中观察组服用马来酸氟吡汀治疗,对照组服用洛芬待因缓释片治疗。对比两组的有效性,并观察不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)显著低于对照组(t=2.778,P=0.012);且观察组临床疗效高于对照组(u=10.951,P=0.012));观察组的不良反应少,且程度轻微,但与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.133,P=0.144)。结论:马来酸氟吡汀治疗外伤性疼痛有较好临床疗效好,安全性高。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of flupirtine maleate for the treatment pain caused by trauma. Methods： 40 patients with pain caused by trauma were recruited and divided randomly into observed group and control, with 20 patients in each group The patients in observed group were given flupirtine maleate, while the patients in control group were given compound codeine phosphate and ibuprofen sustained. Results： the VAS scores in observed group after treatment were significantly lower than that in control group （t=2.778, P=0.012） and the clinical efficacy was higher than that in control group （u=10.951, P=0.012）. The adverse events in observed group was little and has no significant difference with control group （χ2=2.133, P=-0.144）. Conclusion： Flupirtine maleate has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of pain caused by trauma sprain and with high safety.
