支架结合微弹簧圈技术介入治疗颅内动脉瘤疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在颅内动脉瘤治疗中应用支架结合微弹簧圈介入治疗的临床价值。方法 80例颅内动脉瘤患者,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者实施开颅夹闭治疗,观察组患者则实施支架结合微弹簧圈介入治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者的瘤体栓塞成功率(90.00%VS 82.50%)及转归率(85.00%VS 77.50%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组患者的术后生存质量、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及预后不良事件的发生率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支架结合微弹簧圈介入治疗同开颅夹闭手术均可有效预防颅内动脉瘤的破裂出血,但介入治疗可对多种复杂形态瘤体进行处理,且其栓塞效果更为显著,在患者预后改善方面具有十分积极的作用。
