摘要
目的：探讨品管圈用于手术室优质护理服务中的临床效果。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月我院择期行手术治疗的196例患者为研究对象，根据护理方式分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（QCC优质护理），各98例，对比两组应用效果。结果观察组护理缺陷发生率和患者满意率分别为3.06%，95.92%，对照组护理缺陷发生率和患者满意率分别为12.24%，84.69%，观察组均优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将品管圈用于手术室优质护理服务中，可有效减少护理缺陷发生率，提升护理服务质量，提高患者满意率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quality control circle on the quality of nursing service in the operation room.Methods 196 cases from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital underwent elective surgery patients as the research object,according to the nursing mode is divided into control group（routine nursing）and observation group（QCC quality care）,98 cases in each,compared to two groups of application effect.Results Observation group received nursing defect rate and patient satisfaction rate was 3.06%,95.92%,control group of nursing defects rate and patient satisfaction rate 12.24% respectively,84.69% were observed group were better than those in the control group,the difference with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality control circle can be used to reduce the incidence of nursing defects,improve the quality of nursing service, improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
