摘要
吊斗运输车是一种一车多斗实现高效运输的专用设备,广泛地应用在工业垃圾、碎片剪切料的运输过程中。在实际运作时偶尔会出现不可预料的超载现象,可能会导致吊斗车寿命降低,甚至受到损坏,增大了维护成本。为了解决上述存在的问题,从节能设计角度出发,吊斗运输车在一定程度的超载范围内,通过改进设计液压控制系统,从而提高设备载重能力,降低超载对设备带来的损害。
Crane trollev is a kind of equipment has ability of high efficiency and load;it is widely used in transport technology of industrial waste and material. There is unpredictable situation of overload that might low the life of crane trolley ,even case damages and increase cost will randomly appear. Are going to solve the problem mentioned from above,just make an energy saving improvement within a certain range of overload.
