摘要
在不同温度、供氧量、盐度及处理时间条件下,对腐烂龙须菜的还原糖含量、琼胶酶活力及分子量进行分析,以探究龙须菜腐烂过程中自水解生产琼胶寡糖的可行性,并分析影响其水解程度因素。实验表明,腐烂龙须菜中有一种活性物质能降解琼胶生产琼胶寡糖。35℃、淡水半厌氧、腐烂处理96 h时的龙须菜产琼胶寡糖含量为"完好"样品近6倍,酶活力是0 h酶活力的约8.2倍。该条件下处理48 h的腐烂龙须菜的小分子琼胶寡糖的相对含量达98.71%。
Under the conditions of different temperature, the amount of oxygen, salinity and treatment time, the content and the molecular weight of reducing sugar were measured, as well as the agarase activity in Gracilaria lemaneiformis was analyzed during decay process. The feasibility study of agar oligosaccharide production by self hydrolysis during decay process in Gracilaria lemaneiformis was studied and the related factors affecting the degree of hydrolysis were analyzed. The results showed that the agar could be degraded to produce agaro oligosaccharides during decay process in Gracilaria lemaneiformis. The agar oligosaccharide content in 96 h was 6 times as much as that of the natural species. The enzyme activity in 96 h was 8.2 times as much as that in 0 h. The small molecule agarose content could reached 98.71% when Gracilaria rotted in fresh water at 35℃ for 48 h.
