摘要
目的探究恶性肿瘤临终病患给予人性化护理对其生活质量的影响.搜集本院肿瘤内科 2014 年12月~2015 年12 月临终护理关怀的 64 例恶性肿瘤病患,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,研究组给予人性化护理方式,参照组采用常规护理方式,观察最终的护理效果.结果：护理干预后,两组病患的SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于护理干预前,且研究组病患 SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于参照组,t=5.26、5.37,P〈0.05;研究组病患的满意度 97.0%（33/34）明显高于参照组76.7%（23/30）,P〈0.05.结论：恶性肿瘤病患给予临终人性化护理的效果显著,可以极大地改善病患的生活质量,降低焦虑和抑郁水平,提高满意度,临床护理价值高.
ObjectiveTo explore the malignant tumor death patients give humanized nursing effects on quality of life. MethodsCollected in our hospital and oncology in December 2014 - December 2015 palliative nursing care of 64 cases of malignant tumor patients, according to the different methods of nursing was divided into two groups, the team gave way of humanized nursing, control group using conventional care, nursing effect of observation eventually. ResultsAfter nursing intervention, two groups of patients before SAS scores and SDS score significantly lower than the nursing intervention, and the team with SAS scores and SDS scores significantly lower than the control group, t = 5.26, 5.37, P 〈 0.05;Team satisfaction 97.0% （33/34） of patients was obviously higher than that of control group 76.7% （23/30）, c2= 6.06, P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionMalignant tumor patients dying of humanized nursing effect remarkable, can greatly improve patients’ quality of life, reduce the level of anxiety and depression, improve satisfaction, high value of clinical nursing.
