摘要
本文介绍了我国膨化食品行业的总体情况和执行标准状况,并总结了近十年来膨化食品质量抽查情况,重点指出了目前我国膨化食品在执行标准以外所存在的质量安全隐患。
In this paper,total conditions and standards of puffed food industry at present in China were introduced. The results of slate supervision on puffed food quality in the past len years were summarized and the quality security risks out of implementing standards of this kind of food were emphasized.
